新时代党的政治建设:意蕴、逻辑和路径

摘要
新时代党的建设总要求明确以党的政治建设为统领,将党的政治建设纳入党的建设新布局之中,这实际上是将党的政治建设提升到执政党建设新的战略高度,表明了新时代中国共产党对执政党建设规律的深刻把握。为此,应从树立"四个意识"、确立政治理想、坚持政治路线、坚定政治立场等方面深刻把握党的政治建设的丰富内涵,从理论、历史、实践三重维度诠释党的政治建设产生发展的必然逻辑,从坚决做到"两个维护"、严守政治纪律、培育政治文化、提升政治觉悟、增强政治巡视等方面探求党的政治建设的有效实现路径,进一步深化对执政党建设规律的认识,推进全面从严治党向纵深发展,不断提高党的建设质量,更好地完成新时代党所肩负的历史使命。
The general requirements of the Party's construction in the New Era clarifies that the political construction of the Party that is included in the new layout of party's construction is playing the leading role. It raises the Party's political construction to the height of the Ruling Party's Construction and shows a deep grasp in the law of the Ruling Party's construction in the New Era. Therefor, we must set up "the four consciousness", establish political ideals, adhere to the political line and firm political stand in order to grasp the connotation of the Party's political construction. Moreover, We should interpret the inevitable logic of the Party's political construction from the theory dimension, history dimension and practice dimension. And we must explore the effective realization path of the party's political construction from resolutely achieving "two maintenance", strictly observing political discipline, cultivating political culture, enhancing political awareness, and enhancing political inspections. In these ways, we will further deepen our understanding of the law of the Ruling Party's construction, promote the comprehensive development of seeing Party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor, improve the quality of Party's construction, and accomplish the historical mission better in the New Era.
