摘要
目的分析结直肠癌及肝转移中巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)和促肝再生磷酸酶蛋白(PRL-3)的表达情况与临床意义。方法回顾性分析80例经病理诊断为结直肠癌患者的临床资料,经免疫组化方式测定结直肠癌组织、癌旁正常组织中MIF和PRL-3表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 MIF和PRL-3在结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率均显著高于癌旁正常结直肠黏膜组织(P<0.05);MIF在男性、年龄≥60岁、肿瘤≥5 cm组织中阳性表达率与女性、年龄<60岁、肿瘤<5 cm组织中阳性表达率差异无统计学意义,在Dukes分期C+D期、组织分化程度低、肝转移患者中阳性表达率显著高于Dukes分期A+B期、组织分化程度高+中、无肝转移患者(P<0.05);PRL-3在男性、年龄≥60岁、Dukes分期A+B期、组织分化程度高+中组织中阳性表达率与女性、年龄<60岁、Dukes分期C+D期、组织分化程度低组织中阳性表达率差异无统计学意义,在肿瘤≥5 cm、肝转移患者中阳性表达率显著高于肿瘤<5 cm、无肝转移患者(P<0.05)。结论 MIF和PRL-3在结直肠癌及肝转移中高表达,且与临床病理特征相关,可为结直肠癌诊疗提供参考。
        Objective To analyze the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and liver regeneration phosphatase protein(PRL-3) in colorectal cancer and liver metastasis and its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The expression of MIF and PRL-3 in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between MIF and PRL-3 expression and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of MIF and PRL-3 in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal colorectal mucosa tissues(P<0.05). The positive expression rates of MIF in male, age(≥60 years old) and tumor(≥5 cm) tissues were not significantly different from those in female, age(<60 years old) and tumor(<5 cm tissues). The positive expression rates of MIF in Dukes stage C+D,low degree of tissue differentiation and liver metastasis were not significant. The positive expression rate of PRL-3 in male, aged over 60 years,Dukes stage A+B, high degree of tissue differentiation and low degree of tissue differentiation was not significantly different from that in female, age less than 60 years, Dukes stage C+D and low degree of tissue differentiation. The positive expression rate of PRL-3 in male, aged over 60 years,Dukes stage A+B and high degree of tissue differentiation was significantly higher than that in female, age less than 60 years, Dukes stage C+D and low degree of tissue differentiation. The positive expression rate was significantly higher in patients with tumors(≥5 cm) and liver metastasis than in patients with tumors(<5 cm) and without liver metastasis(P<0.05). Conclusion MIF and PRL-3 are highly expressed in colorectal cancer and liver metastasis, and are related to clinicopathological features, which can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
