不同微生态制剂对海月水母生存与生长的影响

摘要
采用对比试验法,研究不同微生态制剂对海月水母生存与生长的影响。生存试验分为5组:Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础水母配合饲料;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组依次添加屎肠球菌、胶红酵母、沼泽红假单胞菌和EM10,结果显示:屎肠球菌和胶红酵母能在24 h内使海月水母严重受损,其余3组至72 h完好无损。生长试验分为4组,A组为对照组,B组~D组分别添加沼泽红假单胞菌、EM10和沼泽红假单胞菌与EM10的混合微生态制剂。每周测量水母伞径、收缩频率和pH值,NH_3-N、NO_2-N水平等指标。试验结果表明,沼泽红假单胞菌能促进海月水母的生长(P<0.05);EM10会抑制海月水母的生长(P<0.05);其与沼泽红假单胞菌的混合组水母生长性能介于两者之间(P>0.05),光合细菌是水母适宜的微生态制剂。
        Two feeding trails was conducted to investigate the influence of different probiotics on the surviral and growth of the Moon jellyfish(Aurelia aurita). The Moon jellyfish were divided to five groups in the survival test, the control group Ⅰ was the fed basal formulated feed, the group Ⅱ was fed an Enterococcus faecium sp, the Rhodotorula mucilaginosa for group Ⅲ, the Rhodop seudanonas palustris for group Ⅳ and the EM10 for groupⅤ. After 24 h trial, the serious damage were found in the jellyfish of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, other groups were healthy. The growth experiment was consisted of four groups,the group A was a control, the group B was fed the Rhodop seudanonas palustris, the EM10 for group C and the mixture of Rhodop seudanonas palustris and EM10 was for group D. The swimming bell diameter and the expanding and contracting frequency, pH, NH_3-N, NO_2-N were detected every week. After three weeks trial, the result indicated that the Rhodop seudanonas palustris can increase the growth of the Moon jellyfish significantly(P<0.05), while the EM10 embodied the significant decreasing effect(P<0.05), the growth performance of mixture group was between the Rhodop seudanonas palustris' group and EM10 group. Therefore, the PSB Rhodop seudanonas palustris is suitable as probiotics for jellyfish Aurelia aurita.
