摘要

文章介绍了都安瑶族自治县安阳镇、澄江镇的基本情况及农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作步骤,基于这2个镇农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作实践,分析了当下农村土地承包经营权确权登记颁证工作存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
        This paper introduced the basic situation in Anyang Town and Chengjiang Town of Du'an Yao Autonomous County and the procedures for the registration and certification of rural land contractual management rights.Based on the work practice of the registration of rural land contractual management right in two towns,the main existing problems in the registration and certification of rural land contractual management rights were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions have been inroduced.
