摘要
近期在山东省金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)的生产中发现一种蛛网病病害。为明确蛛网病病害的致病菌,通过感病子实体的组织分离,获得了病原菌菌株JN,经过致病性测定、形态特征观察和rDNA-ITS序列分析,确定该病原菌为金黄菌寄生(Hypomyces aurantius)。
        Recently, a cobweb disease was found in the production of Flammulina velutipes in Shandong province. In order to identify the pathogen, JN strain was obtained by tissue isolation from the susceptible fruiting body. Pathogenicity test, morphological observation and r DNA-ITS sequence analysis confirmed that the pathogen was Hypomyces aurantius.
