“健康中国”背景下陕西省高校体育教育专业学生健康素养的培养策略

摘要
"健康中国"战略赋予了体育新的时代使命,体育教育专业作为"健康中国"实施的人才智库,其健康素养水平会直接制约培育健康公民的质量。通过文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对陕西省部分高校体育教育专业学生的健康素养水平进行调查。结果表明:体育教育专业学生健康素养整体水平低于全国居民以及全国大学生群体水平,而健康技能却优于全国居民和普通大学生2个群体;女生健康素养水平高于男生,城镇学生健康素养水平高于乡村;父母文化程度与子女健康素养水平呈正相关。主要建议:构建"学校-社会-家庭"于一体的协同培养路径;促进健康素养思想意识的转变,建立受益终身的健康素养。
        The plan of Healthy China endows physical culture with a new historical mission. As the talent think tank of implementing Healthy China plan, health literacy level of physical education major students would influence the quality of cultivating healthy citizens. By means of literature review, experts interviews, questionnaire survey, and mathematical statistics, the author has investigated the health literacy level of physical education major students in some universities of Shaanxi Province. The results indicated that: health literacy level of physical education major students was lower than that of the residents nationwide and average university students nationwide, but health skills of physical education major students was apparently higher than that of the residents nationwide and average university students nationwide; health literacy level of female college students was higher than that of male student, and health literacy level of students from urban area was higher than that of students from rural area; the higher the educational level of parents, the higher that of their children's health literacy level. On the macro side, the influencing factors are four levels: individual, family, school, and society; on the micro side, the main reasons of low health literacy level are lacking of healthy concepts, healthy lifestyle and behavioral level. Hence, the author proposed the strategies of establishing a cooperative system of school-society-family integration, promoting the transition of the ideology of people' health literacy together, and thus helping people to build health literacy of life-lasting value.
