基于CN-DRGs酒精性肝炎DRGs的中成药应用

摘要
目的通过相关文献,分析我国酒精性肝炎DRGs组内病种中成药应用情况以及存在的问题,并探讨相应的对策。方法检索国内数据库近10年有关酒精性肝炎DRGs组内病种的中文文献(检索年限为2007年1月—2016年12月),筛选出与使用中成药相关的临床实证研究文献。结果共纳入112篇相关文献。中成药治疗酒精性肝炎DRGs组内病种的研究逐渐增加,涉及的中成药种类繁多、剂型多样、价格低廉、疗效确切。结论完善中西医病名对照、规范中成药说明书、加强循证医学研究,并且利用现代科技不断提高中成药疗效和安全性是将中成药纳入DRGs付费制度的前提和保障。
Objective To analyze the situation of the applications and problems of Chinese patent medicine of disease included in Alcoholic hepatitis DRGs and discuss available solutions. Methods Papers about disease included in alcoholic hepatitis DRGs covered in Literature database within 10 years were searched. Clinical empirical research literatures related to Chinese patent medicine between January 2007 and September 2016 were all enrolled. Results 120 relevant literatures were enrolled. The researches of Chinese patent medicine treating disease included in alcoholic hepatitis DRGs were gradually increasing. The kinds and dosage forms of Chinese patent medicine were diverse and characterized by accurate efficacy and low price. Conclusion In order to incorporate the Chinese patent medicine into DRGs, proper diagnosis of Chinese medicine and Western medicine and specifications of Chinese patent medicine should be improved. More evidenced-based study was needed. Improved curative effect and security of Chinese patent medicine could guarantee them to be used in DRGs.
