摘要
由于跨专业课程的教学内容涵盖了两个甚至多个专业内容,在专业群的课程体系中是不可或缺的。承担这类课程教学的教师,需要付出比其他课程教师更多的努力才能胜任该类课程的教学。正因如此,跨专业课程的教师队伍建设和发展在专业群中应该引起足够的重视,通过采取各种措施保障跨专业课程教师的利益,提高教师的课程转型意愿,增强专业群教师的综合专业素质,以确保专业群教师队伍的全面发展。
        Covering the contents of two or more specialties, the teaching contents of interdisciplinary courses are indispensable in the curriculum system of specialty groups. Teachers who undertake this kind of courses need to pay more efforts than other teachers for courses to be competent for the teaching of this kind of courses. Because of this, the construction and development of teachers for interdisciplinary courses should attract enough attention in specialty groups. Various measures should be taken to guarantee the interests of teachers for interdisciplinary courses,improve the teachers' willingness of curriculum transformation,and enhance the comprehensive professional quality teachers for specialty groups, so as to ensure the all-round development of teachers for specialty groups.
