摘要
工作记忆更新的缺陷与抑郁症状显著相关。研究抑郁群体工作记忆更新的异常对于深入了解抑郁症的病理机制以及建立更加完善有效的抑郁评估方法具有重要的理论和现实意义。N-back是考察工作记忆更新的经典范式。研究表明,情绪对N-back任务会产生影响,工作记忆中情绪内容的更新比中性内容的更新更困难,而认知负荷是其中的调节因素。抑郁群体在该任务中的行为和神经活动模式异于常人,抑郁患者前额皮质功能异常,工作记忆更新需要更大程度的背外侧前额叶皮质的参与、消耗更多的认知资源、效率更低。但目前研究深度尚浅,亟需从研究方法和临床应用等方面进行改进。
        Impaired working memory(WM) updating was significantly associated with depressive symptoms. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the abnormal WM updating in depressed populations in order to further understand the pathological mechanisms and establish more effective diagnostic and evaluation methods of depression. The N-back is a classic paradigm to investigate the updating progress of WM. Studies have shown that emotion will exert an influence on the N-back task. Updating emotional contents in WM is more challenging than that of the neutral contents, and cognitive load is a moderating factor. The behaviors and neurological activity patterns of the depressed people in this task are different from those of normal people. The depressed individuals have functional abnormalities in the prefrontal cortex so that they need a higher engagement of dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex resulting in higher cognitive resources consumption and lower efficiency However, the current research depth is still shallow, and it is urgent to improve the research methods and clinical applications in this area.
