摘要
目的剖析县级医院医护人员过劳的相关成因。方法采用2018年湖北省6家县级医院医护人员的调研数据,从医护人员过劳形成路径出发,构建评价医护人员过劳成因的指标体系,运用结构方程模型分析医护人员过劳成因并对模型要素之间的路径关系进行检验。结果医院管理对医生、护士过劳的影响程度最大,之后是个人感知,影响程度最小的是社会环境。结论反映医护人员过劳这一潜变量的相对重要性程度依次是工作压力大、时间长、强度高。以此针对性提出缓解医护人员过劳的对策建议。
Objective To analyze the causes of overwork of medical staffs in county hospitals. Methods Based on the investigation data related to medical staff in 6 county hospitals in Hubei Province in 2018,analyzing the formation mechanism of overwork of medical staffs and constructing the index system for evaluating the causes of overwork. Empirically,the structural equation model is used to analyze the causes of overwork of medical staff,and the path relationship among the model elements is tested. Results The hospital management plays the most important role in affecting doctors' and nurses' overwork,followed by personal perception,and social environment which has the least impact. Conclusion The relative importance of the latent variable overwork of the medical staff was higher work pressure,longer working time and higher intensity. According to the research results,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to alleviate medical worker'overwork.
