摘要
介绍了一种能防止粉尘扬起的定量包装秤。利用气动堆高车把装料袋升高,使得加料嘴深入袋底,实现埋入式加料,杜绝了加料过程中粉尘的扬起。在称量精度控制方面,粗加料实际采用的是容积称量,随后的细加料和微加料才用到称重传感器的称重测量功能,保证了设备运行的可靠性稳定性。
        A quantitative packing scale that prevents dust in rising is introduced. The pneumatic stacker is used to raise the loading bag, so that the feeding nozzle penetrates into the bottom of the bag to realize the embedded feeding, which prevents the dust from rising during the feeding process. In terms of weighing precision control, the bulk feeding is actually volumetric weighing. The subsequent fine feeding and micro-feeding will use the weighing measurement function of the load cell to ensure the reliability and stability of the equipment operation.
