摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在儿内科护理临床带教中的应用。方法:选择2017年1月至12月期间到我院儿内科实习的52名护理实习生作为对象,采用奇偶数抽签法进行分组,奇数纳入对照组(n=26),偶数纳入研究组(n=26),临床护理带教中,对照组采用常规带教模式,研究组采用循证护理带教模式,对比观察不同带教模式的效果。结果:①出科考核,研究组理论成绩与操作成绩都高于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②综合能力评估,研究组各项评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。③调查带教满意度,研究组明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比传统带教模式,循证护理在儿内科护理临床带教中的作用更显著,建议推广借鉴。
Objective: To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in clinical teaching of pediatric nursing.Methods: A total of 52 nursing interns who were admitted to the pediatrics department of our hospital from January to December2017 were selected. The odd-numbered lottery method was used for grouping. The odd number was included in the control group(n=26), and the even number was included in the research group(n=26). In the clinical nursing teaching, the control group adopted the regular teaching mode, and the research group used the evidence-based nursing teaching mode. Then the effects of different teaching modes were compared and observed. Results:(1)In the final examination, the theoretical scores and operational scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In comprehensive ability assessment, the scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(3)The satisfaction degree of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching mode, evidence-based nursing plays a more important role in the clinical teaching of pediatric nursing.Therefore, it is recommended to promote it.
