中国传统哲学思想在社区卫生服务中心医用耗材管理中的应用探讨

摘要
目的 :探讨中国传统哲学思想在社区卫生服务中心医用耗材管理中的应用,为提高医用耗材管理水平提供指导。方法:选取南京市12家社区卫生服务中心作为研究对象,调查其医用耗材管理中存在的问题并寻求解决方法。结果:中国传统哲学思想可以从管理理念、管理制度及流程、信息化建设及人才培养、执行与监管等方面对社区卫生服务中心的医用耗材管理提供指导。结论:应用中国传统哲学思想可以针对性地解决社区卫生服务中心医用耗材管理中存在的问题,提升社区服务中心的诊疗水平和服务能力。
Objective To apply Chinese traditional philosophic ideas to medical consumables management in community health service centers. Methods Twelve community health service centers were chosen as research objects to investigate the problems existed in the management of the medical consumables and find solutions. Results Chinese traditional ideas of philosophy provided guidance to medical consumables management in community healthcare centers on scientific management, rules and process, informatization and talent training, implementation and supervision. Conclusion Chinese traditional ideas of philosophy can be used to solve the problems existing in management of the medical consumables, so that medical consumables can be used safely and reasonably.
