2016—2018年皖北煤电集团总医院住院患者麻醉药品的使用情况分析

摘要
目的了解皖北煤电集团总医院麻醉药品的使用情况,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法调取2016—2018年皖北煤电集团总医院住院患者麻醉药品的使用记录数据,对药品剂型、使用数量、消耗量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果 2016—2018年,盐酸吗啡缓释片和磷酸可待因片的使用数量和消耗量均居前3位。舒芬太尼注射液、注射用瑞芬太尼的使用金额排名始终处于第1、2位。2016—2018年舒芬太尼注射液的DDDs连续3年稳居第1位,盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40 mg)的DDDs上升明显,从2016年的第11位跃升为2018年的第2位。结论皖北煤电集团总医院麻醉药品的品种、规格、剂型齐全,能满足临床需求,且其应用基本合理。癌痛治疗的麻醉药品使用符合世界卫生组织癌症三阶梯止痛治疗的基本原则,但在爆发痛的处理方面有待于提高。
Objective To understand the use of narcotic drugs in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital, and to provide reference for rational use of narcotic drugs in clinic. Methods Data of narcotic drugs used by inpatients in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital from 2016 to 2018 were collected, and drug dosage forms, usage quantity, consumption, sales amount, and frequency of medication(DDDs) were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2018, usage quantity and consumption of Morphine Hydrochloride Slow-release Tablets and Codeine Phosphate Tablets were ranked in the top three. Sales amount of Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Remifentanil Hydrochloride for injection were in the first and second place. DDDs of Sufentanil Citrate Injection from 2016 to 2018 was ranked the first for three consecutive years. DDDs of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets increased rapidly, fron the eleven jumped to the second. Conclusion The variety, specifications, and dosage forms of narcotic drugs in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital are complete, and can meet the clinical needs, and their application is basically reasonable. The use of narcotic drugs for cancer pain treatment conforms to the basic principles of WHO's three-step analgesic treatment for cancer, but the treatment of outbreak pain needs to be improved.
