基于PDCA 循环管理模式优化药房管理的研究

摘要
目的基于PDCA循环管理模式优化药房管理以提高药房工作质量。方法应用PDCA循环理论中的计划、执行、检查、实施阶段对药房工作进行管理,每项工作分别进行两个PDCA循环。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件处理数据。结果开展PDCA循环法管理后药房管理质量评分对比,与管理前比有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(t=10.258,P<0.05),开展PDCA循环法管理后药品应用差错率对比,与管理前比较明显降低(χ~2=10.700,P<0.05)。结论经过PDCA循环管理后,解决了药房管理中的种种缺陷,使药房管理质量有了显著提升。
Objective To optimize pharmacy management based on PDCA cycle management mode to improve the quality of pharmacy work.Methods Planning,execution,inspection and implementation of PDCA cycle theory were applied to manage pharmacy work,and two PDCA cycles were carried out for each work.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used to process the data.Results The quality score of pharmacy management after PDCA cycle management was compared with that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.258,P<0.05).The error rate of drug application after PDCA cycle management was significantly lower than that before management(χ~2=10.700,P<0.05).Conclusion After PDCA cycle management,the defects in pharmacy management have been solved and the quality of pharmacy management has been improved significantly.
