剖宫产后再次妊娠经阴道分娩产妇的护理体会

摘要
目的分析对剖宫产后再次妊娠产妇经阴道分娩行综合护理措施的效果。方法选取到我院治疗的剖宫产后再次妊娠产妇48例作为观察对象,分对照组和实验组,各24例。对照组采取常规护理措施,实验组采取综合护理措施,观察对比两组患者焦虑、抑郁情况,观察对比两组患者分娩方式。结果实验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组;实验组剖宫产率明显低于对照组,组间对比均具有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产后再次妊娠产妇经阴道分娩产妇采取综合护理,降低剖宫产率,改善其不良心理情绪。
objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing measures for women with repregnancy after cesarean section after vaginal delivery.Methods 48 cases of pregnant women with repregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital were selected as observation objects,and divided into control group and experimental group,24 cases each.Control group to take conventional nursing measures,the experimental group to take comprehensive nursing measures, observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with anxiety,depression,observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with delivery methods.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The cesarean section rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section, the pregnant women who give birth through vagina should take comprehensive nursing to reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve their bad psychological mood.
