屏障膜用于下颌骨牵张成骨的初步研究
摘要
目的探索屏障膜在牵张成骨中对成骨质量的影响。方法选择比格犬10只同时进行双侧下颌骨牵张成骨,一侧放置牵张器和屏障膜,另一侧仅放置牵张器。截骨手术后,间歇期为7天,牵张期以2次/日、0.5 mm/次的频率牵引下颌骨延长10 mm,再经2个月固定期后全麻下处死实验犬,解剖下颌骨标本。游标卡尺测量新骨区高度,对新生骨组织的厚度行CBCT检测,Micro-CT行骨计量学检测。结果固定期2个月后,实验侧新骨高度、厚度以及骨小梁参数均高于对照侧,双侧对比有统计学意义。结论将屏障膜应用到牵张成骨中,可以有效的增加骨量,能够促进新骨改建。
