摘要
水银洞金矿黄金资源量巨大,但矿体分散、厚度薄、倾角缓、顶板不稳固,且水害严重,为典型的难采矿体。为此,对其采矿方法进行优化,提出了壁式空场嗣后充填采矿法。该方法通过优化采场结构参数,使用组合式连续液压支柱,采用大跨度壁式回采工作面,改进出矿方式,并对采空区进行嗣后充填,提高了采矿效率10倍,使贫化率控制在5%,损失率控制在8%内,生产成本降低55元/t,取得了优良的经济技术指标。
        The gold resources in Shuiyindong Gold Mine are huge.It is a typically difficult mining ore body,with dispersed ore body and thin thickness,gentle dip,unstable roof,and serious water hazard.For this reason,the mining method was optimized and the group-wall open stoping with subsequent backfilling method was put forward.By optimizing stope structural parameters,using combined continuous hydraulic props,adopting large-span wall mining face,improving the mining method,as well as filling the goaf subsequently,the mining efficiency was increased by 10 times,the dilution rate was controlled at 5%,the loss rate was controlled within 8%,the production cost was reduced by 55 yuan/t,obtaining excellent economic and technical indexes.
