保留乳头改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的疗效探究

摘要
目的分析保留乳头改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2015年12月160例早期乳腺癌患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采取传统改良根治术,观察组采取保留乳头改良根治术。观察两组患者术后并发症发生率以及生活质量评分差异,随访3年观察两组患者的复发率、1年生存率和3年生存率。结果两组患者术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者在复发率、1年生存率和3年生存率方面的差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论保留乳头改良根治术与传统改良根治术在早期乳腺癌中的疗效相当,但保留乳头改良根治术能够有效提高患者的生活质量,确保患者乳房的美观性。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified retentive nipple retentive radical surgery on breast cancer. Methods 160 patients with early-stage breast cancer from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. In the control group, the traditional improved radical surgery was adopted, while in the observation group, the retained nipple improved radical surgery was adopted. To observe the difference of postoperative complications rate and quality of life score between the two groups, the recurrence rate, 1-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate of the two groups were observed after follow-up for 3 years. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P > 0.05), but the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate, 1-year survival rate and 3-year survival rate between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of conserving nipple modified radical surgery is similar to that of traditional modified radical mastectomy in early breast cancer.
