试论智能化时代高校图书馆数字素养教育的实施策略

摘要
[目的/意义]我们正处在新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓄势待发的时期,智能技术,智慧生活、智能化人才成为智能化时代的主要特点,随着智能技术的推广应用面越来越广,创新型人才培养已经成为国家的核心竞争力之一。这就需要我们的图书情报服务和教育改革跟上时代的步伐,紧密结合我国人才培养目标,大力开展数字素养教育,培养智能化人才。[方法/过程]数字素养教育是基于产生技能、能力、素质和天资的教育过程,它的作用是培养智力和能力。高校图书馆需要从心智技能教育、智识众创教育和数字伦理教育等三个方面来构建数字素养教育的内容并予以实施。[结果/结论 ]高校图书馆应将数字素养教育列为其智能化时代的重要职能,明确智能化时代的数字素养教育实施路径,包括开设数字素养教育课程,开展各级教育工作者的数字素养教育培训等;明确智能化时代的数字素养教育的实施方法,包括努力共建共享数字素养教育资源,加强图书馆与有关专管部门与行业协会的协调,面向社会各方开展数字素养教育等。
[Purpose/significance] We are faced with a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. Intelligent technology, intelligent life and intelligent talents have become the main characteristics of the intelligent era. With the popularization and application of intelligent technology, the cultivation of innovative talents has become one of the core competitivenesses of the country. This requires library information service and education reform to keep up with the pace of the times, closely combining with China's talent training objectives, vigorously promoting digital literacy education, training intelligent talent. [Method/process] Digital literacy education is an educational process based on the generation of skills,abilities, qualities and talents. University libraries need to construct and implement digital literacy education from three aspects: mental skill education, intellectual mass innovation education and digital ethics education. [Result/conclusion] University libraries should regard digital literacy education as an important function in the intelligent era, and define the implementation path of digital literacy education in the intelligent era, including setting up digital literacy education courses and carrying out digital literacy education and training for educators at all levels. The implementation methods of digital literacy education should be identified in the intelligent era, including making efforts to build and share digital literacy education resources,strengthening the coordination between libraries and relevant departments and industry associations, and carrying out digital literacy education for all sectors of society.
