摘要
应用型本科机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养对现代机械制造业的发展具有重要作用。为做好专业人才培养工作,对机械制造行业的人才需求,特别是企业一线现场工程师岗位能力需求进行市场调查,分析应用型本科院校人才培养的现状与问题。通过对机械设计制造及其自动化专业工作岗位、工作任务、职业能力的调研,分析机械制造行业核心职业岗位所需要的重要职业能力,明确了专业人才培养目标,提出了专业人才培养建议,为构建以职业能力培养为目标的课程内容体系、完善高技术技能型人才的岗位职业标准提供依据。
        The cultivation of talents majoring in Mechanical design,manufacture and automation at application-oriented universities plays an important role in the development of modern mechanical manufacturing industry. In order to do a good job in training professional talents,market survey is conducted on the demand for talents in the machinery manufacturing industry,especially for the abilities of on-site engineers in enterprises. Meanwhile,the current situation and problems of talent training at application-oriented universities are analyzed. By doing investigation on Mechanical design,manufacture and automation specialty in terms of its positions,tasks and professional ability,this paper analyses the important professional ability needed by the core professional positions in the mechanical manufacturing industry,defines the training goal of professional talents,and puts forward some suggestions for the training of professional talents in order to construct the curriculum tailored to the training of professional ability. The paper provides the basis for the improvement of the professional qualification standards for the high-tech and high-skilled talents.
