受端电网新能源消纳影响因素分析及应对策略

摘要
针对新能源装机容量飞速发展,新能源消纳越来越困难的现状,对新能源消纳现状进行综述,建立描述受端电网新能源最优消纳能力的目标函数,并基于受端电网功率实时平衡原则建立相关约束条件;选取某一地区受端电网,分析了基础条件下新能源消纳能力和弃风、弃光电量数据,定量分析了新能源装机、受电量、负荷增长速度等对新能源消纳的影响程度,给出了受端电网新能源消纳对策。结果表明,控制新能源装机、提高负荷增长速度能够提升受端电网新能源消纳能力,指出调峰资源建设、电源整体规划、电能替代和技术创新是解决新能源消纳的研究重点。
        In view of rapid increase of installation capacity of renewable energy and increasing difficulty situation of renewable energy consumption,the current situation of renewable energy consumption and related research was summarized. A objective function to describe the renewable energy consumption capacity of terminal power grid was established.A series of related constraint equations were also established based on the principle of real time power balance. Based on a terminal power grid in a certain area,the renewable energy consumption capacity of a regional power grid under basic conditions was given. Also,the regional power grid was selected to quantitatively analyze the impact of renewable energy installation capacity,load growth rate and other factors on renewable energy consumption. A renewable energy consumption strategy was presented. The results show that controlling renewable energy installation capacity and increasing load growth rate can improve the renewable energy consumption ability of a terminal power grid. It is pointed out that construction of peak-regulating resources,overall planning of power resource,replacement of power and technological innovation are the key points to solve the renewable energy consumption problem.
