中医药促进家庭医生签约服务提质增效的对策研究

摘要
家庭医生签约服务是指居民自愿选择一个家庭医生团队,通过签约的方式建立起长期、稳定的医疗卫生服务关系。推行家庭医生签约服务制度,对于深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务——促进基层首诊和分级诊疗具有重要意义。中医药服务具备简、便、廉、验的特色,对临床常见慢性病治疗具有必然的优势。积极推进中医药融入家庭医生签约服务,有利于提高家庭医生签约服务质量,满足居民多样化、个性化的基本医疗服务需求。文章就中医药融入家庭医生签约服务,促进家庭医生签约服务提质增效中的作用现状并提出应对策略,为进一步探索家庭医生签约服务具有借鉴作用。
Family doctor contract service means that residents voluntarily choose a family doctor team and establish long-term and stable medical and health service relationship through contract. The implementation of the contract service system for family doctors is of great significance to deepen the important task of the reforming the medical and health system,promoting the first-level diagnosis and grading diagnosis and treatment at the grassroots level. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has the characteristics of simple, convenient, inexpensive and experiential, and has certain advantages for the treatment of common clinical chronic diseases.Actively promoting the integration of traditional Chinese medicine into family doctor contract services will help improve the quality of family doctor contract services and meet the diversified and personalized needs of residents for basic medical services. In this paper, the role of traditional Chinese medicine in family doctor contract service and promoting the quality and efficiency of family doctor contract service are discussed, and countermeasures are proposed, which can be used for reference to further explore the family doctor contract service.
