摘要
通过试验分析,发现基体表面轮廓的间距和形状特征对附着力有显著影响,而磨料颗粒的大小和形状影响着铸件的表面轮廓特征。以常用的铸钢砂为研究对象,分析其硬度、颗粒大小和形状等特性,从而找出磨料的颗粒度配比与热喷锌涂层附着力的周期性变化规律,然后根据六西格玛管理统计方法分析,并经实际产品验证,当18目筛网钢砂比例控制在30%以上,且25目筛网钢砂比例在80%以上时,能够稳定地达到热喷锌涂层附着力平均值≥5.5MPa且最小值≥5MPa的设计要求。
        It is found through experimental analysis that the spacing interval and shape characteristics of the substrate surface profile have significant impact on the adhesion strength, while the size and shape of abrasive agents affect the surface profile characteristics obviously. By means of study on the hardness, size, shape of the common-used cast steel grits, the periodic variation rule of abrasive particle ration and adhesion of the thermal spraying zinc coating is found out. Then, the analysis was carried out according to six sigma management statistical method and the results showed that the adhesion of thermal spraying zinc coating could be stably satisfied the design requirements with an average value equal to or greater than5.5 MPa and minimum value also greater than 5 MPa in the condition that the ratio of 18 mesh grit being controlled above 30% and the ratio of 25 mesh grit being controlled above 80%.
