摘要
双层平流沉淀池在继承普通平流沉淀池优点的基础上,可有效提高处理效率,减少占地面积,使建设用地较少的紧凑型水厂采用平流沉淀池成为可能。对于超深单层水池,若能通过设置扶壁柱使单向板池壁转化为双向板,则可大大减小其内力,使结构受力更加明确、经济合理。本文以某污水处理厂双层沉淀池工程实例说明如何利用扶壁柱框架结构来优化结构设计,满足工艺流程要求。
Compared with ordinary horizontal sedimentation tank, double-deck sedimentation tank can improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the occupied area of ground for compact sewage plant construction.For deep single-layer tank, the stress was reduced and transport path of force was clearer when the buttress column was adopted to change the one-way slab to two-way slab. This paper takes a double-deck sedimentation tank as an example to show how to optimize the structural design by using the buttress column. Meanwhile the technology requirements were met.
