双向开放能够促进金融服务贸易竞争力吗?

摘要
金融开放主要通过扩大金融规模、改善金融效率、优化金融结构三种渠道促进金融发展。二十年来我国的金融开放积累了一定历史经验,显著提升了金融服务贸易竞争力,为资本账户和金融市场的双向开放奠定了基础。但是系统性金融风险防范依然是金融工作的重中之重,金融开放的速度与力度应注重国际经济金融发展形势的变化,要与国内金融改革进程及风险监管能力建设相匹配,在风险可控的前提下稳步推进,最终实现金融开放、金融发展及金融国际竞争力的良性互动。
