中国西部兰州——西宁城市群县域经济集聚格局与空间溢出研究

摘要
采用空间计量方法分析中国西部兰州—西宁城市群县域经济的空间集聚格局,探究县域经济集聚的溢出效应及影响因素。结果表明:兰州—西宁城市群所辖41个县(区)之间经济集聚水平差异逐步增加,呈现"中心—外围"特征和"点—轴"特征。兰州—西宁城市群经济集聚存在空间依赖性,经济集聚热点区主要集中在兰州市和西宁市所辖经济核心县(区),经济集聚冷点区主要集中在白银市、定西市、临夏州和海东市所辖经济欠发达县(区)。兰州—西宁城市群经济集聚存在溢出效应,人口密度、工业化率、经济水平和市场化率对经济集聚的溢出效应具有正向促进作用,政府干预对经济集聚的溢出效应具有负向抑制作用,投资水平未通过显著性检验。
This paper analyzes the county economic spatial agglomeration pattern in Lanzhou-Xining city clusters in western China through spatial econometric method,and explores the spillover effect and influencing factors of county economy agglomeration. The findings show that there is an increasing difference in economic agglomeration levels between the 41 counties(districts) of the city clusters. The differences are characterized by "center-periphery" 'and "point-axis". The economic agglomeration of the city clusters presents spatial dependence. The hotspots of economic agglomeration center around economic core counties administered by Lanzhou and Xining, while the cold spots are located in the underdeveloped counties administered by Baiyin, Dingxi, Linxia and Haidong. It also presents a spillover effect. Population density, industrialization rate, economic level and marketization rate have a positive promoting effect on the spillover effect,while government intervention has a negative restraining effect on it, and investment level is not verified in the significance test.
