旅游公路概念、属性及分类

摘要
旅游公路随着大众旅游时代的到来已成为促进交通与旅游融合发展的重要载体。我国旅游公路出现之初与诸多相似概念并存,不同学科各执一词,认知也各不相同。但在交通旅游融合发展的今天已基本形成了理念趋同的认知。通过比较、梳理旅游公路及其相似概念,结合历年研究实践,提出我国旅游公路概念及其主要的相关概念,认为旅游公路是以旅游交通通行为主,连接旅游景点或路侧具有旅游价值的带状公路廊道,是由公路主体及附属设施、服务设施、慢行设施、信息解说设施、景观设施共同构成的综合系统,并具有交通、生态、游憩、文化、教育等复合功能。同时为方便使用,与"旅游风景道"进行了名称辨析。在概念基础上,提出旅游公路属性和分类。明确旅游公路的基础理论,有助于为我国旅游公路发展提供研究基础,为各地的建设实践提供理论依据。
With the advent of the mass tourism era,tourism highway has become an important carrier for promoting the integration of transportation and tourism.At the beginning of the emergence of China’s tourism highways,many similar concepts coexist.Different disciplines hold their own words and their cognition varies.However,today,the development of the integration of transport and tourism has basically formed the concept of convergence of ideas.This article compares and combs the tourism highway and its similar concepts,combines the research practice of the past years,puts forward the concept of China’s tourism highway and its related concepts,and believes that the tourism highway is the main activity of tourism traffic,and it is of tourist value to connect tourist attractions or roadsides.Belt highway corridors are an integrated system consisting of main roads,ancillary facilities,service facilities,slow-moving facilities,information commentary facilities,and landscape facilities.They also have complex functions such as transportation,ecology,recreation,culture,and education.At the same time for the convenience of use,and the "tourism landscape" for the name of discrimination.Based on the concept,the attributes and classification of tourism roads are proposed.A clear understanding of the basic theories of tourism roads will help provide a basis for the development of China’s tourism highways and provide a theoretical basis for the development of local tourism.
