下肢多功能手术牵引器使用患者术后下肢血运护理观察

摘要
目的观察下肢多功能手术牵引器使用患者术后下肢血运。方法随机选取2016年1月～2017年6月我院收治的下肢骨折患者60例,依据护理方法将患者分为两组,即常规护理组和下肢多功能手术牵引器基础上常规护理辅助护理组(辅助护理组),每组30例,统计分析两组患者的术后下肢血运、动脉供血障碍、静脉回流障碍、血栓发生情况、骨折端骨痂形成时间、住院时间。结果辅助护理组患者的术后下肢血运Ⅰ度比例显著较高(P<0.05),Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度比例均显著较低(P<0.05),动脉供血障碍、静脉回流障碍、血栓发生率分别为3.3%(1/30)、3.3%(1/30)、0均显著低于常规护理组16.7%(5/30)、13.3%(4/30)、10.0%(3/30)(P<0.05),骨折端骨痂形成时间、住院时间均显著短于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论下肢多功能手术牵引器使用能够有效改善患者术后下肢血运。
Objective To observe the postoperative lower limb blood supply in patients with lower limb multi-functional surgical retractor. Methods 60 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly selected. According to the nursing method, these patients were divided into two groups,namely routine nursing group and auxiliary nursing group treated with routine nursing auxiliary nursing based on multifunctional surgical traction of lower limbs, with 30 cases in each group. The postoperative lower limb blood supply, arterial blood supply disorder, venous return disorder, thrombosis, fracture osteophyte formation time, hospitalization time between two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The proportion of postoperative lower limb blood transport Ⅰwas significantly higher in the auxiliary nursing group(P<0.05), and the postoperative lower limb blood transport Ⅱ andⅢ ratios were significantly lower(P<0.05). Arterial blood supply disorder, venous return disorder, thrombosis rate 3.3%(1/30), 3.3%(1/30), and 0 were significantly lower than 16.7%(5/30), 13.3%(4/30), 10.0%(3/30) of the routine nursing group(P<0.05). The osteophyte formation time of the fracture end and hospital stay time were significantly shorter than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of multi-functional surgical traction device for lower limbs can effectively improve the blood supply of lower limbs after operation.
