关于林业和草原有害生物防治行业培训工作的思考

摘要
林业和草原有害生物防治工作是现代林业和草原建设的重要内容,在维护公共安全和建设生态文明等方面做出了巨大贡献。新时代,林业和草原有害生物防治行业面临新的形势,开展行业培训工作具有重要的意义。为了提高队伍的整体素质,林业草原有害生物防治行业培训工作要以改革创新为动力,提高培训的时效性、针对性、科学性,进一步加大培训力度,扩大培训范围,提高师资队伍素质,完善现代化教学手段,做好培训质量评估。建设一支专业性强、技术水平高的优秀人才队伍,为促进林业和草原有害生物防治事业更好发展提供有力的支撑。
Forestry and grassland pest control is an important part of modern forestry and grassland construction, and has made great contributions in the maintenance of public security and the construction of ecological civilization. In the new era, forestry and grassland pest control industry is facing a new situation, so it is of great significance to carry out industry training. In order to improve the overall quality of the team, the industry training should take reform and innovation as the driving force, improve the timeliness, pertinence and scientific of training, further increase the intensity of training, expand the scope of training, improve the quality of teachers, improve modern teaching methods, and accomplish training quality evaluation. Building a professional and highly skilled talent team can provide strong support for the better development of the prevention and control of pests in forestry and grassland.
