基于数据挖掘分析岭南中医治疗带状疱疹用药规律

摘要
目的分析岭南中医治疗带状疱疹的用药规律。方法通过检索知网、维普、万方和CBM数据库中关于岭南中医治疗带状疱疹的相关临床文献,筛选出符合纳入标准的中药处方,应用中医传承辅助平台软件对方剂数据库进行证候、四气五味及频次统计、组方规律和新方分析。结果通过对纳入的140首方剂和67条辨证记录进行分析,岭南带状疱疹患者以肝经火旺证和气滞血瘀证为主;所用中药药性主要以寒性为主,药味主要以苦、甘、辛味为主;共涉及中药148味,使用频次≥20次的中药有20味;组方规律中提取出34个药物组合和7条用药规则;新方分析聚类后得到新处方11个。结论岭南中医治疗带状疱疹主要以清热泻火、活血祛瘀为法,同时注重分期治疗。
Objective To analyze the rules of prescriptions that Traditional Chinese Medicine in South of the Five Ridges Treat Herpes Zoster. Methods Retrieving for relevant literatures about Treating Herpes Zoster by traditional Chinese medicine in South of the Five Ridges in CNKI, VIP, WanFang and CBM databases, then extracting the appropriate prescriptions to analyze the syndrome, drug four properties and five tastes, drug use frequency, group characteristics and new prescription analysis by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system software. Results 140 prescriptions and 67 records of syndrome is collected for analysis. Patients with herpes zoster in south of the Five Ridges are mainly Liver meridian fire flourishing syndrome and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The herbs are mainly cold and the tastes are given priority to with bitter, gan and xin. There are 148 herbs involved and 20 herbs that are great than or equal to 20 in use frequency. 34 drug combinations and 7 rules of drug use are extracted from the group characteristics.And it emerges 11 new prescriptions by Cluster analysis. Conclusion The treatment of herpes zoster by traditional Chinese medicine in south of the Five Ridges is mainly with the method of clearing heat and reducing fire, activating blood and removing blood stasis; besides, it should pay attention to staging treatment.
