垂体后叶素辅助治疗肺结核大咯血的疗效观察

摘要
目的:分析讨论对肺结核大咯血患者使用垂体后叶素辅助治疗的具体效果和实际价值。方法:选取某院2016年1月～2017年12月肺结核大咯血患者60例,根据入院先后将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组进行常规止血治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础下进行垂体后叶素治疗,比较两组患者止血时间、住院时间和总有效率。结果:观察组止血时间和住院时间明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组和对照组总有效率依次为96.67%和76.66%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:垂体后叶素能让肺结核患者短时间内停止咯血,整体治疗效果良好。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the specific effect and practical value of adjuvant therapy with Pituitrin in patients with massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 60 cases of massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis were selected in a hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. According to the hospitalization successively,they were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group treated with routine hemostatic therapy, the observation group treated with pituitrin on the basis of the above treatment. The hemostasis time,length of stay and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05. The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.67% and 76.66% respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion: Pituitrin can make pulmonary tuberculosis patients stop hemoptysis in a short time,and the overall treatment effect is good.
