论经济新常态下农业经济效益的提高

摘要
经济新常态下发展农业经济要加快新农村建设,加强农村生态环境治理、着力开展美丽乡村示范、提高农村公共服务水平;要强化农业科技创新,加快农业科技成果转化应用、加快健全种业科技创新体系、推进农业生产机械化、加快推进农业信息化、大力培育新型职业农民;要全力推进扶贫攻坚,建立健全扶贫工作机制、创新财政金融服务机制、建立健全社会力量参与机制。要保障各种规划的顺利实施,加强规划衔接、明确实施责任。
Developing agricultural economy under the new normal of economy should speed up the construction of new countryside,strengthen the governance of rural ecological environment,carry on the demonstration of beautiful countryside,raise the level of rural public service; We need to strengthen agricultural science and technology innovation,accelerate the transformation and application of agricultural science and technology achievements,speed up the improvement of the system of scientific and technological innovation in the seed industry,advance the mechanization of agricultural production,accelerate the development of agricultural information technology,and vigorously cultivate new types of professional farmers.We should make every effort to promote poverty alleviation,establish and improve mechanisms for poverty alleviation,innovate financial and financial services,and establish and improve mechanisms for the participation of social forces.We need to ensure the smooth implementation of all kinds of plans,strengthen the linkage of plans and clearly define responsibilities for implementation.
