摘要

文中研究了工程总承包项目三维设计与施工协同平台的工作原理,搭建了三维设计施工协同平台,提出了利用BIM技术进行三维设计、施工两阶段协同应用及从设计到施工的无缝传递的管理模式。以福建体育馆EPC项目为示范,利用三维设计施工协同平台进行了全专业三维模型的搭建,协调分析、模型拆分、机电深化、工程算量与进度管控等,实现了从设计阶段到施工阶段的BIM技术可传递应用、数字化交付和信息共享。
        The paper study the working principle of engineering EPC 3 D design and construction collaborative platform, set up the 3 D design construction collaborative platform, propose one management mode which involve 3 D design and construction stage collaborative application and the seamless transfer from design to construction. Take An EPC project of gamnasium in Fujian provice as a demonstration, we conducted the establishment of full profession 3 D model, coordination analysis, electromechanical deepening, engineering calculation and progress control by3 D design construction collaborative platform. The extended application of BIM technology, digital delivery and information sharing from design stage to construction stage are realized.
