摘要
为降低上海市非洲猪瘟(ASF)传入和发生风险,从养殖、流通、屠宰和病死猪无害化处理等环节,对上海市ASF防控关键风险点开展了分析评估,并提出针对性防控建议。分析表明:生物安全水平低的规模猪场、携带ASF病毒的猪肉及其制品,以及"屠宰场—规模场"和"无害化处理场—规模场"风险路径是当前上海市ASF防控的关键风险点。为此提出了相应防控建议:强化疫情排查,落实疫情报告义务;加强各环节监测和风险管理;压实防疫主体责任,提升区域性生物安全水平,尝试建设无疫小区。
        In order to reduce the outbreak risk of African swine fever(ASF)in Shanghai City,the key risk points for its control during the process of production,movement,slaughtering and bio-safety disposal for dead pigs were evaluated and analyzed to put forward targeted suggestions. Based on the analysis,it was indicated that the key risk points were identified as large-scale farms with low bio-safety level,pork and related prodults carrying ASFV,and the risk pathways of"slaughterhouses to large-scale farms"and"bio-safety disposal facilities to large-scale farms". Therefore,some corresponding suggestions were hereby put forward,such as,strengthening investigation on diseases,reporting any outbreak,enhancing monitoring and risk management during all processes,clarifying responsibilities of all parties concerned,improving the level of regional biosafety and trying to build disease-free compartment.
