摘要
自制了聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH),通过接枝率测定研究接枝效果,并应用于聚丙烯/玻纤(PP/GF)复合材料中,结果表明自制的PP-g-MAH具有非常好的相容性,显著提高复合材料性能。通过自制PP-g-MAH与市场产品的对比,发现相容效果能与某进口产品媲美。对PP-g-MAH的挥发性有机物性能进行测定,发现自制聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐甲苯、甲醛和乙醛含量较其他产品略高,而自制PP-g-MAH挥发性有机物总量和醛酮总量则与某进口产品相当。
        Polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride( PP-g-MAH) was prepared. The grafting ratio of PP-g-MAH was tested and PP-g-MAH applied to PP/GF composites. The results showed that the self-made PP-g-MAH had very good compatibility and significantly improved the properties of the composites. Through the comparison of self-made PP-g-MAH and market products,it was found that the effect was comparable with that of an import product. The content of toluene,formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in PP-g-MAH were higher than those in self-made PP-g-MAH. The total volatile organic compounds and the total amount of aldehydes and ketones were equal to imports.
