摘要
变电站内计量装置的接线差错会给供用电双方经济利益造成重大损失,甚至引发电力事故。对于电力用户,变压器带电到变压器带负荷运行往往需要较长时间,电能计量二次回路接线检查和判断需在电能表带有负荷的情况下方可进行。本文提出一种三相模拟负载器,配合电能表现场校验仪完成无负荷线路电能表接线检查。目前,已在变电站内推广应用,大大提高了经济效益、安全水平和服务质量。
        The miswiring of metering device in substation will cause great loss to the economic interests of both parties and even cause power accidents. For power users, it often takes a long time for the transformer to run with load when the transformer is live. The wiring inspection and judgment of the secondary circuit of power measurement shall be conducted under the circumstance that the electricity meter is loaded. A three-phase analog load cell is proposed to complete the connection check of the no-load power meter with the field check instrument of the electricity meter. At present, it has been widely used in substation, which has greatly improved economic efficiency, safety level and service quality.
