摘要
本文通过对长沙地铁4号线长距离穿越强风化板岩的施工经验分析,从盾构刀盘与刀具、渣土系统、渣土改良系统、注浆系统四个方面全面的阐述了盾构在强风化地层的适应性。从刀盘刀具的配置与渣土改良的方法解决了盾构掘进中刀盘形成泥饼的问题,同时总结了在施工中同部注浆容易出现的问题,并提出解决办法。
        This paper comprehensively expounds the shield adaptability in strong weathered slate from the four aspects of shield cutter disc and cutter, slag system, slag improvement system and grouting system through the construction experience analysis of the long-distance crossing of strong weathered slate in Changsha Metro Line 4. From the configuration of cutter head and cutter and the method of soil improvement, the problem of mud cake formed by cutterhead in shield tunneling is solved. At the same time, the problems that are easy to occur in the same part of grouting during construction are summarized, and solutions are proposed.
