外语院校青年教师教学能力的内涵及提升对策

摘要
青年教师是高校未来发展的重要力量。青年教师教学能力的提升是高校人才培养能力得以全面提高的重要保证。在外语院校,青年教师教学能力的提升尤显必要和紧迫。根据外语院校人才培养的内涵需要和具体情况,首先,要从教育理念、学科知识、语言表达、课程开发和教材处理、教学实施和课堂组织等多层面综合提升青年教师的教学能力;其次,学校要坚持"以本为本,推进四个回归"的要求,从宏观制度建设入手创造条件,帮助青年教师提升教学能力;最后,青年教师也要加强自身修养,自我激励、自我发展,不断提升教学能力。
        Young teachers are important force for the future development of universities. To improve the teaching ability of young teachers is an important guarantee of the continuous upgrade of teaching quality of universities. In foreign languages universities, the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers is particularly necessary and urgent. According to the connotation needs and specific conditions of personnel training in foreign language universities, the teaching ability of young teachers should be comprehensively increased from the educational concept, disciplinary knowledge, language expression, curriculum development, teaching material processing to teaching implementation and classroom organization. Based on the principle of "Undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education, and promote the four ‘returns' ", to create conditions from the construction of macro-system, help young teachers improve their teaching ability. However, young teachers should also strengthen their self-cultivation, self-motivation, self-development so as to continuously improve their teaching ability.
