摘要
针对宁钢生产X60管线钢氧化物夹杂问题展开研究,并进行生产现场跟踪调查及相关工艺参数分析,找出了在连铸过程中影响管线钢氧化物夹杂的主要因素。通过钢包和中间包钢水洁净度控制、浇铸终点下渣控制、中间包和结晶器液面波动控制等工艺优化措施,降低了钢中大型氧化物夹杂含量。
The problem of oxide inclusion in X60 grade pipeline steel produced by Ninggang is studied by means of site survey and relevant process parameters analysis,the major factors influencing oxide inclusions in pipeline steel during continuous casting is found out. By taking various optimizing measures such as controlling the steel cleanliness in ladle and tundish,casting end deslagging,liquid steel level fluctuation in tundish and mould,the large oxide inclusion content in steel is reduced.
