摘要
旋转黏度是衡量聚合溶液及纺丝溶液性能的一项关键指标,通常采用指针式旋转黏度计进行测试,以指针摆动范围的中间值作为测试结果。由于聚合物料黏度较高,指针式旋转黏度计测试误差较大;采用数字式黏度计可以准确测量出黏度值,准确性较高,工艺指导性更强。本文采用数字式黏度计对不同生产时期的聚合溶液及脱泡后纺丝溶液进行旋转黏度测试研究,寻求科学可靠的测试方法,以便更好地调整装置稳定生产。
        Rotational viscosity is a key indicator for measuring the performance of polymerization solutions and spinning solutions.It is usually tested by a pointer-type rotary viscometer. The intermediate value of the range of the pointer swing is used as the test result. Due to the high viscosity of the polymer material, the pointer rotary viscometer has a large test error. The digital viscometer can accurately measure the viscosity value with high accuracy and more process guidance. In this paper, the digital viscometer is used to test the rotational viscosity of the polymerization solution and the defoamed spinning solution in different production periods in order to seek scientific and reliable test methods to better guide the stable production.
