河北省高层次创新型人才发展问题及对策建议

摘要
实现经济高质量发展,关键靠创新驱动,本质是人才驱动。本文针对河北省高层次创新型人才发展存在的数量不足、引进难留住难、人才承载力弱、创新环境不完善等问题,提出相应的建议,对推动河北高层次创新型人才建设,促进河北经济高质量发展具有积极意义。
To achieve high-quality economic development, the key depends on innovation-driven, and the es-sence is talent-driven. In this paper, some suggestions about the problems of the development of high-level innova-tive talents in Hebei Province were put forward, such as insufficient quantity, difficult to attract and retain, weak car-rying capacity of talents, and imperfect innovation environment. It is of positive significance to promote the construc-tion of high-level innovative talents and the high-quality development of Hebei's economy.
