高职院校辅导员胜任力提升研究——以浙江育英职业技术学院为例

摘要
高职院校辅导员的素质对高职学生的品德修养、学业成绩、人格培养具有较大的影响作用。传统的辅导员选拔与考核标准已成为影响辅导员选拔、任用、培训及考核的瓶颈,本研究运用胜任力的理论,结合高职院校辅导员队伍建设的实际情况,构建了高职院校辅导员胜任力模型,并提出了基于胜任力模型的高职院校辅导员选聘、培养、考核对策。
        The quality of counselors in higher vocational colleges has a great influence on the moral cultivation,academic achievement and personality cultivation of higher vocational students.Traditional instructor selection and inspection standards has become the influence of selection and appointment,training and assessment of the bottleneck,this study using the competency theory,combined with the actual situation of the counselor team construction in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational college counselor's competency model is constructed.In this paper,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the recruitment,training and assessment of college counselors based on competency model.
