摘要
目的对江苏省乡镇卫生院的卫生人力资源现状进行分析,为加强基层卫生人才队伍建设提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样,根据地域及经济发展水平,按苏南、苏中、苏北将江苏省分成3个不同经济发展地区,随机抽取257个乡镇卫生院,自行设计调查问卷,对抽取的乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源现况进行调查。结果江苏乡镇卫生院平均有在岗职工87.94人,其中卫生技术人员75.32人,每千人卫生技术人员为1.62人,每万人口全科医生数3.73人。执业(助理)医师中级及以上职称占53.40%,本科及以上学历占38.43%,公共卫生人员3.33人,检验技师(士)3.23人,注册护士24.00人,医护比1∶0.70。苏南的卫生技术人员数、执业(助理)医师数、家庭医生团队数、岗位培训人次数均高于苏中和苏北(P<0.05)。结论江苏省乡镇卫生院卫生、卫技人员总量比较充足,但岗位分布不合理,公共卫生人员、护士和医技人员短缺,且地区差异明显。
        Objective The study aimed to analyze the present situation of health human resources in township hospitals in Jiangsu so as to provide reference for strengthening the construction of basic health team. Methods Stratified random sampling was used, and according to the regional economic development level, Jiangsu Province was divided into 3 different areas, South, Central and North. 257 township hospitals were random sampled. Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the selected hospitals. Results The average number of employees of township hospitals in Jiangsu were 87.94, of which 75.32 were health technicians. There were 1.62 health technicians per 1000 residents, and 3.73 general practitioners per 10000 residents. Medical practitioners(Assistant) doctors at intermediate level and above accounted for 53.40%,undergraduate and above education accounted for 38.43%, 3.33 for public health, 3.23 for laboratory technicians, 24 for registered nurses, and doctor nurse ratio was 1∶0.70. The number of health technicians, practicing(Assistant) doctors, family doctor teams and post trainers in South of Jiangsu were higher than that of the Central and the Northern Jiangsu(P <0.05).Conclusion In township hospitals of Jiangsu Srovince, the amount of health technicians is adequate, but the distribution of position is irrational, public health doctors, nurses and medical technicians are absent, and regional differences are significant.
