护理沟通技巧在儿科门诊输液室中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨护理沟通技巧在儿科门诊输液室中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年9月在我院儿科门诊输液室进行静脉输液的患儿92例,将2016年6月~2017年1月采用常规护理干预的46例患儿设为对照组,2017年2~9月在常规护理基础上采用护理沟通技巧的46例患儿设为观察组。比较两组患儿的输液配合情况,比较两组家属的心理状态评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的输液总配合率(93.48%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属的SAS评分[(42.35±3.97)分],SDS评分[(41.66±4.08)分]均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属的护理总满意度(91.30%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科门诊输液室中应用护理沟通技巧能有效增强患儿的输液配合度,有利于减轻家属的负面情绪,提高家属的护理满意度,促进良好护患关系的构建。
        Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing communication skills in transfusion room at pediatric outpatient. Methods All of 92 children with intravenous infusion in transfusion room at pediatric outpatient from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected. 46 children with routine nursing intervention from June 2016 to January2017 were taken as the control group, and 46 children with nursing communication skills based on routine nursing from February to September 2017 were taken as the observation group. The transfusion cooperation of children, mental state score and nursing satisfaction degree of family members were compared between the two groups. Results The total transfusion cooperation rate of children in the observation group(93.48%) was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). SAS and SDS scores of family members in the observation group([42.35±3.97] points, [41.66±4.08] points) were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction degree of nursing in family members of the observation group(91.30%) was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing communication skills in transfusion room at pediatric outpatient can effectively enhance transfusion cooperation of children, and it is helpful to reduce negative emotions of family members, increase nursing satisfaction degree of family members to promote the construction of good nurse-patient relationship.
