摘要
针对采用严格造渣制度、低过热度控制、二冷弱冷等炼钢连铸工艺,同时优化加热制度、高压水除鳞、轧制温度等轧制工艺,开发并批量生产了储气罐支架用热轧型钢。产品成分、性能、尺寸偏差、表面质量等均满足用户要求。
By the strict slagging system, low superheat control, weak secondary cooling and other steelmaking and continuous casting processes, and the optimization of heating system, high pressure water descaling, rolling temperature and other rolling processes, the hot rolled section steel for gas storage tank support was developed and mass produced.Composition, performance, dimension deviation and surface quality of the product meet the user's requirements.
