摘要
研究了红外光谱法测定聚丙烯共混输液袋中苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)含量,得出对应PP/SEBS共混体系的K值,建立了准确、快速的SEBS含量与分布测定方法。验证了K值测定方法的专属性、回收率与精密度、线性的适用性。使用PP、SEBS、PP/SEBS红外光谱图计算出K值。利用K值计算SEBS含量,简化了红外光谱法对SEBS含量的测定;只需测定特征峰的吸收值,含量不受样品厚度对测量误差的影响。应用于实例表明:共混粒料的混合时间和造粒影响聚丙烯共混输液袋中SEBS的分布,吹袋成型过程中的拉伸比影响SEBS分布和检测结果。
        Infrared absorption spectrometry was used to determine the SEBS content in polypropylene blended infusion bag.The K value of the PP/SEBS blend system was determined.An accurate and rapid method for determining SEBS content and distribution was established.The specificity,recovery,precision and linearity of the K value determination method were verified.Results:The K value was calculated by using the infrared absorption spectra of polypropylene,SEBS,and PP/SEBS.The method for determining the SEBS content by infrared absorption spectrometry was simplified by the K value calculation.It was only necessary to measure the absorption of the characteristic peak,the content was not affected by the measurement error of the sample thickness.The example shows:The mixing time and granulation of the modified polypropylene affected the distribution of SEBS in the polypropylene blended infusion bag.The stretch ratio during blow molding process affected distribution and test result.
