杭州市众创空间发展指标体系研究

摘要
新形势下,国内外学术界越来越多地开始关注众创空间的研究。然则至今,对众创空间的研究还是以理论研究与定性分析较多,定量研究分析较少,导致了众创空间建设的理论研究缺乏实证分析和数据分析的支撑,尚未形成一套行之有效的指标评价体系。《中国众创空间发展蓝皮书2015》明确指出,建立一套考核评价体系乃当务之急。本文拟从理论研究出发,以杭州为例,剖析杭州众创空间发展现状,建立众创空间评价指标体系,深入开展相关城市众创空间发展调研,进一步提升杭州众创空间建设水平,营造良好的创新创业生态环境,为杭州众创空间发展和相关政策的制定提供客观依据,为同类城市开展众创空间研究提供借鉴参考。
Under the new situation,Academic circles at home and abroad pay closer attention to the study on Crowd-Innovation Space Development. But till now,more of the study is theoretical study and qualitative analysis,few is quantitative analysis. This cause the theoretical study on Crowd-Innovation Space Development lacking support of empirical analysis and data analysis,and a set of effective factor indexing system has not been setup. 《The China Crowd-Innovation Space Development Blue Paper 2015》Clearly point out,to setup a set of evaluation indexing system is the top urgent. This article will begin from the theoretical study,base on Hangzhou,analyze the current developing situation of Hangzhou Crowd-Innovation Space,setup Crowd-Innovation Space Indexing Factor System,deeply research the development of related cities, so as to promote the level of Hangzhou Crowd-Innovation Space development,Create a good environment for innovation and entrepreneurship,provide objective support for making policies about the Crowd-Innovation Space development,provide reference for Similar cities to study on Crowd-Innovation Space.
