中药内服外用治疗耳疮临床观察

摘要
目的:观察中药内服外用治疗耳疮的临床疗效。方法:将200例耳疮患者辨证分两型,风热邪毒侵袭证106例142耳,服用"五味败毒颗粒";肝胆湿热上蒸证94例114耳,服用"中耳复康丸"。所有病例均采用院内制剂室生产的中成药"清热消肿合剂"内服及外涂"黄连油""吹口散药栓"。连续治疗1周,观察疗效。结果:200例耳疮患者,共256耳,在治疗7 d内全部治愈,治愈率为100%。结论:中医药内服外用,治疗耳疮治疗较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of internal and external administration of herbs for Sore of External Auditory Meatus.Methods:200 ear sore patients,treated with Chinese medicine called "Qingre Xiaozhong Mixture","Coptis Oil" used internally and externally,"Chuikou Powder Suppository",which are produced by our hospital preparation room,are divided into two types dialectically.One type of them is the disease caused by hot and humid,including 106 cases with 142 sore ears,whose prescription should include "Antiphlogistic Granules mixed with Five Different Kind of Herbs".The other type is Irascibility exuberantly,94 cases with 114 sore ears included,whose prescription should include "Pills for Middle Ear Recovery".Observe the effect for one consecutive week.Results:With the treatment of Chinese medicine mentioned above,the 200 cases of ear sore patients with their 256 sore ears are all healed in one week,and the cure rate is up to 100%.Conclusion:Internal and external administration of Chinese medicine are useful and effective,The clinical efficacy internal and external administration of herbs for sore of external auditory meatus is significant.
