摘要
目的:了解福建省高新技术企业科技人员的工作满意度状况。方法:采用明尼苏达满意度短式问卷(MSQ)对福建省高新企业中的409名科技人员展开问卷调查。结果:福建省的科技工作人员的工作满意度处于中等偏上;已婚科技人员内在工作满意度、外在工作满意度和一般工作满意度均高于未婚科技人员(t=2.01,P<0.05;t=2.96,P<0.01;t=2.90,P<0.01);抚养1个子女的科技人员各维度工作满意度各方面均高于抚养子女为2个或者没有子女需要抚养的科技人员(F=4.69,P<0.05;F=6.96,P<0.01;F=6.70,P<0.01);归属感和贡献感越强的科技人员对工作越满意(F=14.50,P<0.001;F=14.65,P<0.001;F=12.89,P<0.001)(F=5.38,P<0.01;F=6.48,P<0.01;F=6.65,P<0.01);工作压力越大的科技人员工作满意度越低(F=11.14,P<0.001;F=10.47,P<0.001;F=7.28,P<0.001);运动频率越高的科技人员工作满意度越高(F=16.49,P<0.001;F=20.57,P<0.001;F=14.69,P<0.001)。结论:提升科技人才的学历水平,提供健身机会,增加其工作归属感和贡献感,减少压力感,提高薪酬福利,关心员工子女的教育培养与成长是提升高新技术企业科技人才工作满意度的有效方法。
        Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction among the scientific talents in the high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province.Methods:The Minnesota Satisfaction Short Questionnaire(MSQ)was conducted to survey 409 scientific talents in high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province.Results:The job satisfaction of scientific talents in Fujian province was above average;Internal,external and general satisfaction of married scientific talents were higher than those of the unmarried(t=2.01,2.96,2.90;P<0.01);The job satisfaction of scientific talents raising one child were higher than those of talents having two or no children(F=4.69,6.96,6.70;P<0.01);The stronger sense of belonging and contributive they felt about the job,the more satisfied they felt with the job(F=14.50,14.65,12.89,5.38,6.48,6.65;P<0.01);The more work pressure they felt,the less satisfied they felt(F=11.14,10.47,7.28;P<0.001);The more exercises they did,the more satisfied they felt(F=16.49,20.57,14.69;P<0.001).Conclusion:Enterprises should enhance the academic qualifications of scientific talents,provide fitness opportunities,increase their sense of belonging and contribution,reduce the pressure,increase their welfare and care for their children so as to enhance the job satisfaction of scientific talents.
